About Naomi Adedoyin

Trauma-Informed Empowerment Coach & Women's Wealth Strategist

Naomi Adedoyin

"I invite every woman to rise from the ashes of their past and walk boldly in her worth."

I am Naomi Adedoyin Idowu — a survivor, a mother, a coach, a speaker, and a woman who refused to let pain define her story.

For years, I lived in the shadows of domestic abuse — silenced by fear, shamed by culture, and stripped of my voice. I know what it feels like to shrink to survive. I know what it means to smile through suffering and to pray for the strength to walk away.

When I finally did, I wasn’t walking into freedom. I was walking into a long, uncertain journey of healing — with trauma in my body, children in my arms, and no blueprint for what came next. But in that wilderness, I began to rebuild. I journaled. I wept. I prayed. I found community. And slowly, I found myself again.

Today, I am the founder of the Enough Woman Initiative (The Rise of Elizabeth) — a movement restoring dignity and wholeness to survivors of abuse in the UK and Nigeria through mentorship, empowerment, and financial aid.

I’m also the creator of The Rise Room™️, my signature healing hub designed to walk women through two transformational pathways:

  • 1. Thrive Beyond Trauma – for emotional restoration and inner healing
  • 2. Healing to Impact – for visibility, purpose discovery, and purpose-driven business creation

Through The Rise Room, I guide women to move from surviving to thriving — using their own stories as the foundation for legacy and leadership.

I also share my heart through The Shadowed Self, a storytelling platform and blog where I write openly about the realities of trauma, motherhood, and rising from rock bottom. My first book, Enough, told the truth I was once afraid to speak. My follow-up, Enough: A Guided Journey to Healing and Freedom, is the sacred space I wish I had — a companion filled with reflections, affirmations, and soul work for women ready to rise.

But I’m not just an advocate. I’m also a single mother to three incredible children. A global Salesforce consultant. And the Director of a group of companies committed to digital transformation, social impact, and economic empowerment. I’m a woman who knows what it means to rebuild from the ashes — one boundary, one journal entry, one bold “no more” at a time.

Everything I create — every program, every word, every space — is for the woman who is tired of shrinking. The woman who is ready to heal, to rise, and to rewrite her life.

Because I know now what I needed to know then:
You are not what happened to you.
You are not broken.
You are enough.

And your story is just beginning.
